Architecture and engineering services for the design of new facilities that are intended to replace the current transit and equipment maintenance facilities including: • Facility programming and site selection through construction phase services for a joint facility in conformance with projects to receive Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grants. Major functions to be incorporated in the facility include administrative and office spaces for transit, maintenance and repair areas, heated transit vehicle storage, unheated equipment storage, parts storage, employee parking, and any other areas identified in facility programming phase of the project. • Aid in relocation of services currently located on anticipated site and prepare documents for demolition of 3 existing buildings. • Prepare documents for demolition of existing transit facility once construction of new facility is complete. Work will include architectural and engineering services related to the items described above, environmental assessment, geotechnical investigation, public and stakeholder engagement and outreach, public meetings, cost estimating, aiding in completion of FTA Full-Funding Grant Agreement (FFGA), identifying potential additional funding sources, and other related work.
