Selected vendor(s) shall provide project management, oversight, and coordination services related to system configuration, integration, installation, implementation, and support of the solution. Vendor(s) shall cooperate with Business Oregon and its project management team, Independent Quality Management Services (iQMS) vendor, and Enterprise Information Services (EIS) to ensure processes, methods, and artifacts comply with Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK and industry best practices. The Proposer’s solution must operationally integrate and exchange information with many other systems. The solution must have the capability to interface with state and federal systems as needed. Proposer’s integration plans should support a modern enterprise-wide integration strategy for the Agency. Selected vendor(s) shall work with the system integrator (the system integrator may be the Agency or a contractor to Agency, or both) to successfully complete robust and comprehensive testing of their component solution, including how it integrates into the overall EDMS, validate the functionality in their component solution and perform integration testing with interfacing and impacted systems. This includes interfaces with internal Agency systems (e.g., Salesforce (system of record for all organization and contact information for customers, partners, and contacts), Active Directory, M365 software), as well as external systems operated by partner agencies (e.g., SFMA (state's financial system of record)). Selected vendor(s) shall provide incident triaging and resolution support including management of defects utilizing an appropriate tool or tracker.
