Clean, Repair, or Replace any disturbance or damage caused by construction operations to pre-existing conditions or better. - Remove existing flooring, accessories, adhesives, and fasteners. - Prepare substrate by industry standards to ensure smooth and sound installation. - Install J&J Legend 5mm V5010 LVT flooring in Phases I and II (see attached specs) *or approved equal - Install Aladdin Walk All Over carpet tile in foyer (see attached specs) *or approved equal - Install appropriate transitions to existing flooring, walls, thresholds, etc. suitable for heavy duty traffic. - Install wood quarter-round at wood base/casework, stain finish or other to match existing - Legally dispose of all removed and excess materials from site. - Comply with manufacturer instructions and provide all applicable warranties
