The requirements of HIPAA compliance within this RFP in Section 2.10 may be assigned in the future. Medical collection clients may be used as a reference, however student loan collection clients and general accounts receivable for tuition and fee collection clients are preferred. At this time, this RFP is for OU Student Loan Services and general accounts receivable (“AR”) accounts. The requirements of FERPA compliance within this RFP in Section 2.12 shall apply to this RFP since both the student loan collection accounts and general AR collection accounts will have student related information. Supplier agrees to accept for collection, upon the terms and conditions prescribed within this RFP, all unpaid accounts that OU may choose to refer to Supplier for collection. The number and origin of these accounts and the means by which Supplier shall receive the accounts will be determined soley by, and may be altered at the discretion of the University. These accounts include but are not limited to Federal Perkins Loans, HRSA Federal Loans, Lew Wentz Institutional Loans, Other Institutional Loans, (including Murray Case Sells, Sallie B. Clark, James Robey, Retention Loans, Kaiser Family Foundation, Newman Loans), OU Bursar Tuition & Fee Accounts, Cameron University Tuition and Fee Account Receivables, and Rogers State University Bursar Tuition & Fee Accounts.
