The selected vendor will perform annual audits of all Dona Ana County and CRRUA financial activities in accordance with NM State Audit Rule (a copy may be obtained from the State Auditor's Office web page at http://www.saonm.org/ 2. Independent External Auditing Services are being sought for: o Financial Statement Audit o Federal Single Audit o Financial Statement Preparation o Other: any other component units as determined by Dona Ana County or the State Auditor’s Office (OSA) 3. The contractor will conduct the audit in accordance with all relevant statutes, laws, and regulations. 4. The selected vendor will be expected to sign the audit contract forms provided by New Mexico State Auditor’s Office (See Sample Contract). Any vendor who is not willing to sign the contract as provided will be determined to be non-responsive.
