A. The Contractor shall furnish and supply all necessary equipment to perform the Pawleys Island WWTP Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation. This item includes moving material and equipment to and from the site. It also includes cleanup of the site at completion. All work shall be performed by skilled craftsmen qualified to perform the required work in a manner comparable with the best standards of practice. Continuity of personnel shall be maintained and transfers of key personnel shall be coordinated with the Owner. B. The Contractor shall provide an English speaking supervisor at the work site during cleaning and application operations. The supervisor shall have the authority to sign change orders, coordinate work and make decisions pertaining to the fulfillment of the contract. C. The Contractor is responsible for the containment, removal, and disposal of all debris as part of this contract. D. The Contractor is responsible for all crane costs, tools, and consumables. E. The Owner is responsible for draining and reasonably washing down the tank prior to contractor’s arrival. F. The structural steel components shall be carbon steel Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) per ASTM 123. G. All Attaching Hardware shall be 316 stainless steel.
