Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Dual Compressor Centrifugal Water Cooled Chiller, (Porter& Paceare McQuayunits, Brite has Carrierunits) 1. Refrigerant Side 1.1. Inspect for refrigerant and oil leaks 1.2. Repair any minor leaks found during leak testing (leaks that do not require intrusive procedures for repair) 1.3. Check refrigerant in sightglass 2. Lubrication 2.1. Draw oil sample for spectrographic analysis, provide report of findings 2.2. Verify proper oil level in oil sumps 2.3. Check and record oil pressure and temperature 2.4. Adjust oil pressure regulators if required. 2.5. Replace oil filters and gaskets (record pressure drop). 3. Electrical 3.1. Inspect and tighten electrical connections 3.2. Inspect compressor motor terminals 3.3. Inspect oil pump motor terminals 3.4. Check relays and operating/safety controls 3.5. Clean starter contacts and cabinets. 3.6. Check and record all voltages and amperages 3.7. Meg compressor motor and record results 3.8. Meg oil pump motor and record results
