Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide portable toilets, all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation to complete work identified in the contract including payment of all applicable taxes, assessments, and other fees necessary to service, maintain, load, haul and dispose of refuse from the identified sites. 2. Repair damage or vandalism to any unit(s) within 24 hours of notification at no charge to the Department of Natural Resources. 3. Notify Area Supervisor of any repeated damage or vandalism to units. 4. Maintain a service record log in each unit indicating the dates of service. 5. Notify Area Supervisor if vault capacities are reached before servicing dates. 6. MPCA License: The successful vendor must have a valid MPCA License per MPCA Chapter 7080. Successful vendors will be notified at time of award to provide a copy of their MPCA license. 7. To prevent the spread of invasive species, the exterior and interior of each unit shall be free of vegetation, debris, mud, dirt, seeds, etc., before placed on the site and prior to being removed from the site. 8. Vendor is responsible to be aware of and meet all Federal, State, local laws, ordinances, and permit requirements as they relate to the type of work being conducted.
