Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Rough & Finish Carpentry • Demo and haul of items noted in the plans and specifications, including but not limited to: doors, walls, suspended ceiling tile/grid • Remove and retain doors and door frames noted in plans • Protect flooring that is left in place • Prep and clean following demo as needed for new work • Reinstall doors and door hardware as noted in plans • Please note new hardware identified in door schedule (sheet A2.1) • Furnish and install new framing per plans • Coordinate and install all backing with casework and countertop subs • Furnish and install insulation and drywall per plans • Install owner provided cork board as noted in interior elevations (sheet A2.5) • Furnish and install stainless steel corner guards as noted • Reinstall ceiling grid/ tiles and ceiling mounted equipment as noted in plans 2. Casework and Countertops • Remove and retain casework and countertops as noted in plans • Furnish and install new casework and relocate and modify retained casework and countertops as noted in plans • Install grommets as noted in plans. Coordinate final locations with owner • Coordinate final color selection with owner as needed 3. Flooring • Remove carpet tile, sheet flooring and base as necessary for new work • Retain carpet tile as noted in plans • Prep surfaces for new flooring and transitions • Furnish and install new flooring and retained carpet tile as noted 4. Painting • Prep and paint all walls as noted in the finish schedule (sheet A2.2) 5. Electrical • Remove and relocate low voltage components as noted in plans. Low voltage cable to be reused wherever possible, coordinate with owner rep. • Remove all electrical items noted in plans, including but not limited to: light fixtures, raceways, wiring, devices and fire alarm. • Remove and retain electrical equipment as noted in the plans • Remove communication cables from affected wall and ceiling spaces and retain as complete as possible for future use by County. • Furnish and install all electrical as noted in plans, including but not limited to: light fixtures, EM fixtures, exit signs, electrical and communication raceways, wiring, cable, j-box, outlet boxes, devices, switches, sensors, circuit breakers and fire alarm. • New communication system cable and head end equipment to be done by owner. 6. Plumbing • Relocate plumbing as noted in the drawings and provide final connections as needed.
