Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary objectives of the District- Wide Copier/MFD Fleet Services program, as reflected by the requirements of this RFP, are the following: 1. Award one supplier to provide Copier/MFD-related equipment and services; 2. To reduce the district's hardware-, service- and supply-related expenses related to Copier/MFDs; 3. To maintain or exceed current service levels being provided to the district's internal customers; 4. To connect all Copier/MFDs to the district's network; 5. To establish a synchronized Copier/MFD technology refreshment plan so that all locations can benefit from the latest document imaging technological advancements; and 6. To right-size the Copier/MFDs in each current location.
