Supply, deliver and install Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF), Landscape Mulch and Pine Needles, on an as-needed basis. To meet the requirements of this project, the Awarded Contractor shall: A. Provide Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) certified by the International Play Equipment Manufacturer’s Association (IPEMA); proposers shall include a Certificate of Certification for the EWF with their proposal. B. Provide a blend of Contractor’s Grade Mulch which consists of woody debris that has been screened to remove dirt and larger pieces of wood. C. Provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice of delivery. D. Deliver the requested material to the “Ship to Address” identified on the purchase order(s) or location(s) specified by Greenville County. E. Deliver EWF, Landscape Mulch and Pine Needles to the Delivery Locations between the hours of 7:00 AM ET and 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. F. Have the capability to provide the material and services specified below: 1. IPEMA Certified EWF Playground Safety Surface with installation and delivery, in Cubic Yards and/or Tractor Trailer Loads. 2. Contractor’s Grade Landscape Mulch with installation and delivery, in Cubic Yards and/or Tractor Trailer Loads. 3. Long Leaf Pine Needles with installation and delivery, in Bales and/or Tractor Trailer Loads. The Tractor Trailer shall be left on site for a sufficient period of time, to allow the bales to be used.
