Specifications include, but are not limited to: DEED - Communications / ERAF needs to advertise the Six-week radio advertising campaign for the Employer Reasonable Accommodation Fund, providing coverage on 97 radio stations in all corners of the State. DEED - Communications / ERAF has determined that Learfield Interaction is a single-source purchase since this is the only radio conglomeration in the state of Minnesota that offers advertising across the entire state – providing coverage on 97 radio stations in all corners of the state. The Minnesota News Network operated by Lear allows us to advertise in every market, large and small, across the state. We need to promote this program primarily to small businesses across the state, the majority of which tend to be located in greater MN in the markets this radio group covers.
