Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Removal of ground flood light and replacement solution that will adequately illuminate the façade of the Mauldin Cultural Center in an attractive manner. b. Remove existing main entrance light and southwest side entrance lights. Installation of High Lumen LED lighting fixture at those entrances of Mauldin Cultural Center c. Installation of LED lighting fixture on west side of building to provide flood lighting to ramp area and west parking lot. d. Installation of approximately 75 feet of new LED lighting fixture(s) on north side of building above the mural panels. e. Application for any and all grants, Duke Energy rebates, and other cost-saving mechanisms where applicable. f. All costs for materials, labor, disposal/recycling, electrical wiring, and taxes.
