Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, implementation, training, and programming required for the installation of a complete system. All equipment shall be new and in unused condition. Provide all equipment and installation, whether called out or not, shown or implied any drawings, necessary for a complete and operational system as indicated in this document. B. The work shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: design, engineering, supply, install and integrate all necessary equipment to provide a successful system. C. The proposed design and implementation must meet all Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, and requirements. D. All digital transport shall meet all ANSI/EIA/TIA standards. E. Inclusion of access to a dedicated digital audio network is required. F. Provide removal and disassembly of existing equipment. Disposal of existing equipment shall be at the owner’s direction. The owner reserves the right to maintain ownership of any or all removed equipment and furnishings. The existing equipment to be removed should considered to be available as trade in collateral for an amount to be agreed upon between the vendor and MTSU. This amount should be deducted from the overall cost of the project if accepted as a trade in.
