Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Construct within the current unfinished space will include ten (10) offices, forty-one (41) open workstations, three (3) conference rooms, one (1) Secure Compartment Information Facility, one (1) Secure Compartment Information Facility Telecommunication room, two (2) ADA accessible staff toilets, one storage room, one (1) storage mezzanine, one (1) electrical room, one telecommunication room, a kitchenette/break area, and a code required egress vestibule leading into the existing building vestibule. 2. Specialty Requirements: a. The contractors shall work collaborative with U.S. Department of Homeland Security Accrediting Official (AO) for review and inspection of the construction progress of the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). b. The Prime Contractor will need to develop a Construction Security Plan (CSP) including appointing a Site Security Managers (SSMs). The Site Security Manager can be the field superintendent with an alternate being the project safety manager. c. Construction should be performed by U.S. companies using U.S. citizens to reduce risk but may be performed by U.S. companies using U.S. persons (an individual who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence as defined in 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is a protected individual as defined by Title 8 U.S.C. § 1324b (a)(3)). The AO shall ensure mitigations are implemented when using non-U.S. citizens. These mitigations shall be documented in the CSP. d. The Contractors shall work collaborative with owner’s furniture vendor for coordination with and installation of furniture.
