Specifications include, but are not limited to: t South Valley Water Reclamation Facility (“SVWRF”) intends to conduct a sole source procurement for the purchase of professionalservices for SCADA maintenance and development including emergency and on-call support associated with operating SVWRF. The SVWRF intends to issue a task order without competition because this procurement is a continuation of professional services being provided and is compatible with future professional service needs of SVWRF. SVWRF intends to award this sole source procurement to SKM, LLC.
