During special events Parks, Recreation, and Community Services has exclusive domain over all vendors. During all New Britain Little League games and/or practices when concession stand is open. 2. During special events Parks, Recreation, and Community Services has exclusive domain over all vendors. All other areas of Willow Brook Park (i.e.: Beehive Stadium, New Britain Stadium, and Veterans Stadium and adjacent parking lot). Concession rights exclusive ONLY to immediate Willow Brook Pool area ONLY during eight weeks of operation during summer, June 17, 2024 to August 12, 2024.
