Complete toolbar must have adequate strength and capability to interseed 12 rows of 30" row crop of 2 rows of cover crop between each crop row with County provided row units attached to toolbar and seed hose. Toolbar must be painted to Ag equipment standards, at County choice of color. Minimum of 4 drop stands to hold weight of completed machine when in storage and disconnected from tractor.
