Replacement of existing chiller that has reached its end of life cycle. This will also include the removal of existing and required electrical and plumbing modifications for the new chiller as well. • Furnish Mechanical and Electrical engineered drawings for permit and inspection. • Lock out tag out, disconnect piping, electrical, and remove the existing McQuay chiller in the #2 chiller location. • Furnish and install 320 Ton 134A chiller. • Retrofit existing chilled and condenser water piping to fit the new chiller. • Connect existing electrical service to feed the new chiller. The existing 600 amp breaker will need to be replaced with a new 500 amp breaker. • Integrate the new chiller into the existing building automation system. • Insulate all new chilled water piping installed in this scope of work. Insulation will match existing. • Permit and inspection by the NV State OSHA Mechanical Unit. • All work to be performed on normal daytime working hours. Contractor will provide 48-hour notification prior to system shutdowns. • Shutdowns will be performed during non-peak hours. • Contractor responsible for equipment pad modifications if needed. • Contractor is responsible for permits and parking passes
