The awarded vendor shall provide instructional services for the three (3) classes that comprise the National Fire Academy (NFA) Leadership in Supervision series: Creating Environments for Professional Growth 0646; Perspectives in Thinking 0647; and, Frameworks to Success 0648. Each of the three classes consists of eight (8) hours of instruction over two (2) days, for a total of sixteen (16) instructional hours. The four (4) cohorts of instructional service locations will be: Umatilla County, Oregon area; Klamath County, Oregon area; Coos County, Oregon area; and, Eugene-Springfield, Oregon area. Service delivery dates and specific location to be mutually agreed upon between DPSST, host fire agency, and vendor, but delivered no later than March 2025. The three (3) classes will be taught one at a time and not back-to-back unless otherwise determined by the host fire agency. Vendors should prepare quotes that include traveling to and from each service location three (3) times, one (1) for each of the classes.
