The ATCT includes the upper expanded ‘bulge’ levels of a standard major activity level (MAL) control tower mated to a modified typical shaft with a 550 square foot, twelve-column option control cab. The TRACON Base Building is based on the FAA standard 13,000 square foot TRACON base building. The project consists of demolition (of existing tower), concrete, structural steel, precast concrete panels, CMU, aluminum storefront system, interior framing and finishes, fire sprinkler systems, MEP security and Technology components.
