Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for sampling the navigable rivers in southern MN for invasive carp by the following methods: gill, trammel, seine, and purse seine. All work will be conducted with MN DNR personnel present. If for any reason, MN DNR is not present during fishing activities report will be sent by the fisherman detailing his catch in addition to harvest reports sent to the Area Fisheries Manager or Project Supervisor below if fish are harvested. For any invasive carp caught, DNR staff will be immediately notified, and Staff may request the fish be turned over to MN DNR staff for analysis.
