Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIHousing seeks to develop a comprehensive E-Learning Platform to provide employees with access to high-quality, interactive, and engaging e-learning modules on various topics. The primary purpose of this engagement is to create a user-friendly, robust, and efficient online learning portal that enables employees to access educational content, track their progress, and acquire valuable knowledge and skills. RIHousing currently has approximately 236 employees in the following categories: • Officials, Managers, Administrators • Professionals • Administrative Support • Service Maintenance The E-Learning Platform shall include content appropriate to all positions. Course content must cover, without limitation, professional development topics, including business communication skills, management training, Microsoft 365 skill development, conflict resolution, change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and other subjects relevant to the ongoing training needs of a professional office workforce. The E-Learning platform must have a comprehensive tracking system that records user progress, including completed modules and performance in assessments. The E-Learning Platform must allow for automated assignment of courses and reminders to employees. The E-Learning Platform must allow for users to receive a certificate, which should be generated automatically. The E-Learning Platform must provide maintenance and support to ensure the E-Learning Platform's functionality and performance, offer timely assistance to any issues related to platform access and content, and provide regular reports and insights to assess the platform's effectiveness and areas for improvement.
