Specifications include, but are not limited to: - On campus fit testing | - A pass/fail fit test that assesses the adequacy of respirator fit based on the individual's | response to a test agent. A QLFT may be used to ensure a tight seal fitted to the individual | with an approved N95 mask that will be used in the atmosphere up to 10 times the OSHA PEL. | As part of conducting the fit test, technicians will conduct a user seal check on each respirator | that is fit tested. QLFT is conducted using 3M Fit Test Kits and the test agent Saccharin | Solution Aerosol or Bitrex Solution Aerosol | - Employer summary report indicating the student/employee pass or fail fit testing | - Supply the student/employee with a Certificate Card after the test has been completed | - Student/employee training required for N95 usage completed during fit testing session | - Must provide all testing equipment other than respirators | Medical Evaluations to include: | - Online accessible from any internet connection | - HIPPA compliant | - One logon specific to URI College of Nursing | - Results are real-time reporting to the program administrator via email | - Phone consultations with physician/clinician if initial review is deferred
