Specifications include, but are not limited to: Turn key plumbing repair services includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Repair and replacement of sinks, vanities, and associated plumbing. a. Repair or replace, non-functioning faucets. Existing faucets to be copied as possible. b. Clear drains. Replace traps and associated plumbing as required. c. Repair leaks associated with the sink or vanity. If leak repairs require replacement of the sink or vanity the contractor will coordinate with appropriate maintenance personnel. 2. Repair and/or replace toilets. a. Clear clogged toilets. b. Replace non-working flush valves, or install new kits as required. c. Replace wax rings and repair other leaks. d. Replace toilets when necessary, coordinate with appropriate maintenance personnel prior to replacing any toilets. 3. Repair showers. a. Clear shower drains. b. Repair shower valves. c. Coordinate other shower repairs with appropriate maintenance personnel. 4. Replace water heaters as directed by appropriate maintenance personnel.
