The prepping and painting of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, doors, door frames, etc. during the reminder of the 2024 fiscal year as needed to include one coat of primer and two coats of paint. o Contractor must be able to perform work as needed by the district and complete all work in a timely manner. o Contractor must adhere to pricing provided in this bid (Contract Year – March 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025). o Contractor must provide necessary prep work (scraping and cleaning) to walls, etc. before applying paint. o Contractor will be required to apply one coat of primer and two coats of paint. o Contractor must contact the Director of Buildings & Grounds after the first coat of paint is applied before they continue applying a second coat. o Contractor will be responsible for cleaning up after the project. o Contractor will be responsible for his/her materials, equipment, etc. o Contractor must supply a copy of the general contractor’s license and insurance information. o Contractor must be willing to provide services at all schools and offices. o Off-hour and weekend work should be considered in your cost. o Rejected work will be redone at no cost to CCSD.
