Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Supplier Responsibilities: The Supplier shall: a. Obtain authorization for repairs or other work outside the scope of preventive maintenance from the Director of Maintenance and Director of Facilities of Optimization or designee. b. Provide written confirmation after completion of work. The District reserves the right to obtain additional work quotes and services from other providers. c. Provide itemized cost proposals to replace or repair within 48 hours to the Director of Maintenance and the Director of Facilities of Optimization Services. d. Provide manufacturer recommended replacement parts only unless specifically authorized by the District requesters. e. List of all non-OEM parts on quote and invoice. J. Scheduling Services: a. The Director of Maintenance and the Director of Facilities of Optimization or designee shall approve or deny days or dates based on the school or location previously scheduled programs or activities. b. Supplier shall notify the Public Works Supervisor anytime Service Technicians arrive at a site. K. List of Electronics Systems Products: Supplier shall provide products and electrical maintenance services that include, but are not limited to the following: a. Installation of pump station control and electrical panel b. Energy quality consulting c. Electrical service installation and repairs d. Troubleshooting electrical repair (low and high voltage circuitry) 1. 24 volts 2. 120/240 volts 3. 277/480 volts 4. 4160 volts. e. Cable management products f. Power filters g. Surge protection h. Uninterrupted power supply system i. Fire stop products j. EP-HPF residential surge and filtration k. Industry standard testing
