Specifications include, but are not limited to: Requesting bids for a software program. The Waushara County Land Records Department is looking for a software program that comprises the County’s tax parcel system’s land information and permitting, as well as process tax calculation, billing, and collection of taxes. The platform must be cloud-based software that is regularly backed up and tested. A proposal must include all implementation costs in addition to the payout of 5 years’ worth of annual software maintenance costs. This cost will reflect pricing beginning in 2025 when implementation is expected to occur. SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE All system workstation software if applicable shall run on current versions of Microsoft Windows. The software must not require any ActiveX plug-ins to be installed on user’s workstations, except those ActiveX plug-ins supplied as part of the workstation’s standard operating system. The system must support a backup option that maintains data integrity and recoverable in the event of accidental deletion or loss of connection. The system must have high availability to avoid loss of access to said data.
