Specifications include, but are not limited to: professional zoning consultants for the provision of services to assist the Town of New Fairfield, Zoning Commission in the preparation of the 2024-2034 New Fairfield zoning regulations for updating, organizing, revising, and complying with neighboring towns. The selected constant(s) will work under the direction of the Chair and Vice Chair of the Zoning Commission and will be expected to demonstrate professional experience in facilitating public input and involvement, and the presentation of community zoning date to the Zoning Commission and the general public at required workshops during the process a consultant firm preparing and updating a draft for zoning regulations for the Town of New Fairfield.
