Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 This Request for Proposals is for qualified contractors who wish to submit proposals for the Fuel System Repairs and Upgrades as specified in the request for proposals and attached project specifications and drawings. 1.2 This project includes but not limited to all mobilization, site cleanup, demobilization, and the following estimated scope: 1.2.1 Furnish necessary labor, materials, and equipment, remove concrete as required over existing tanks, uncover all tank openings and re-pipe both tanks with new STP containment sumps, new STP (3/4 HP, Red Jacket), and double wall product piping to existing dispenser locations. 1.2.2 Piping shall be UL listed double-wall FRP. 1.2.3 Install new dispensers (Wayne Reliance, dual (2) product with pulser and hose mast hangers) with under dispenser containment (UDC) and sensors. 1.2.4 Install new island forms to accommodate dispensers and UDCs. 1.2.5 Re-pipe a new syphon line to match the existing layout and allow full tank capacity. 1.2.6 Provide new dispensers at existing locations as shown on the plans. 1.2.7 Replace automatic tank gauging (ATG) probes, and tie into new dispensers as currently configured. 1.2.8 Will reuse existing wiring where possible but include new electrical for new containment sensing capability and ATG probes. 1.2.9 Protect existing cathodic protection system and repair any damage caused from excavations and repair work at no additional cost to the City. 1.2.10 Ties into existing fleet management system with provisions for future upgrade. 1.3 Provide all require accessories to make the system operational, including but not limited to: 1.3.1 Dispensing Nozzles; 1.3.2 Caps & Adaptors; 1.3.3 Piping Systems; 1.3.4 Swivels; 1.3.5 Vents; 1.3.6 Breakaways; 1.3.7 Spill Containers; 1.3.8 Hose Retractors & Hood Assemblies; 1.3.9 Manholes; 1.3.10 Vapor Recovery Systems; 1.3.11 Valves; 1.3.12 Island Forms & Pipeguards; 1.3.13 Vapor Line Shear Valves; 1.3.14 Extractor Fittings; 1.3.15 Emergency Shut-off Valves; 1.3.16 Overfill Prevention Valves; 1.3.17 Automated Fuel Control Systems; 1.3.18 Tank Probes & Sensors; 1.3.19 Automatic Tank Gauging; 1.3.20 Leak Detection Systems...
