Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: (1) develop and provide an environment in the AIMS Platform for the LWP in compliance with the security requirements listed in Attachment A: IT General Provisions. The primary software powering the Routing Software was developed and will be upgraded, maintained and operated by the Contractor; (2) enhance and maintain the ability for DHHS to receive electronic test orders and return electronic test results to a requesting facility. The LWP will rely on the Routing Software sync service to synchronize test orders and results between the LWP hosted on the AIMS Platform and Labware, DHHS’s laboratory information system. In order to establish this ability, the Contractor will (i) develop project management planning documentation and (ii) undertake required collection and validation, configuration, integration and testing, deployment and training, operations, support, and maintenance services, all as detailed in this document; (3) create appropriate DHHS system users and provide appropriate user access to the LWP environment and administrative tools; (4) accept laboratory or test orders from requesting facilities via the LWP electronic requisition forms; (5) accept laboratory or test orders from requesting facilities’ Electronic Medical Record (“EMR”) system using the Routing Software (if applicable)...
