Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes HVAC (cooling and fresh air) and Electrical upgrades at The Osborn Hill Elementary School, North Stratfield Elementary School, and Fairfield Woods Middle School. The work includes selective demolition, selective Hazardous Materials abatement work, limited structural steel retrofit, new ceilings, new lighting, new HVAC equipment, duct distribution, new switchgear and electrical services, limited site utility work, selective roofing repairs. The project also includes complete roofing replacement at the North Stratfield Elementary School. In addition, all three schools will be receiving main entry vestibule upgrades, which are being bid as add alternates. Construction to commence in early April 2024 and substantially complete by August 2025.
