Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide a comprehensive CRM to effectively communicate with all college constituency groups including prospects, applicants, students, faculty, staff, friends of the college and alumni. • Services required will include the installation and implementation of the CRM as well as a complete replacement of the existing recruitment and applications modules currently used within the Ellucian Banner ® System. The services will include the migration of existing data into the new application system. This will require comprehensive and flexible applications, with the ability to track applications fully, communicate effectively with complex communications, and automatically send checklist notifications to notify the applicant of outstanding requirements. The application process must include all the features and functions of an industry standard application process and most importantly must interact in real time with the Banner Student Information System. • Develop multiple applications to meet the needs of the institutions various programs. Develop any unique coding required to use multiple sources for names, e-mail addresses, cell phones, mailing addresses, or any other means of communication – recognizing that this information may not always be located within the Ellucian Banner database. The source may be different databases. • Deploy the new software on behalf of the college, and complete all required integrations, which will be real-time API-based and tied directly to the Ellucian Banner Student Information System. • Include comprehensive and complex logic capabilities for communications to automate the process and yet ensure that the recipient views the information by monitoring sent e-mail message, and taking different actions based on opening the e-mail, clicking on an embedded link, or not opening the e-mail – thus allowing appropriate automated follow-up, possibly via a different communication channel. • Include the ability to pre-assign a comprehensive communication plan including potentially dozens of pre-scheduled message assigned to various communication channels. The administrators should be able to view all previous communications and future communications and manually assign (or remove) any individual communication items and have them scheduled. • Communication plans should be defined so that they can automatically change when changes are made to the data associated with the requirements of any specific item within the communications plan. • Multiple plans must be able to be assigned to the individual at the same time.
