Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Financial audit is requested for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. The audit shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, as promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); the AICPA Audits of State and Local Governmental Units audit and accounting guide; and the Government Auditing Standards, published by the U.S. General Accounting Office. NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT The audit must be completed, and the report issued prior to June 1, 2024. It may be requested that the auditor present the audit to the Board of Trustees at the North Davis Sewer District board meeting scheduled for June 13, 2024 at 6:00 pm MST. The auditor will assist management’s efforts to obtain the Government Finance Officers Association’s Certificate of Achievement of Excellence in Financial Reporting.
