Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary, to fully replace the existing roof areas, as noted in plans and specifications, at Holland Hill Elementary School. Nine (9) roof areas [approximately 44,055 square feet (sf)] are at the end of their useful lives and are in need of replacement. The Nine (9) roof areas were originally installed in 1991, 1999 and 2001. Portions of these existing roof systems are showing signs of failure and the Town’s roof preventative maintenance contractor has reported to the Town that it is time to replace these roof areas before any further damage occurs. Roofing material is a multi-ply modified bitumen sheet system. It is the Town’s intent to have the replacement roof areas installed during the summer of 2024.
