Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to inspect and rebuild as required for one Vertical turbine pump and motor located at 1975 Sandy Island Rd, Pawleys Island, SC, and one Vertical turbine pump and motor located at 1440 Pond Rd, Murrells Inlet, SC. (HSP2) WTP High Service Pump (open line-shaft) - Fairbanks Morse 15H 7000AW Series, 3-stage vertical turbine pumps (200 HP); (MI4) Murrells Inlet WWTP Effluent Pump (open line-shaft) - FLOWAY 18MKM, 2-stage; vertical turbine pumps (100 HP); GCWSD will provide crane and rigging for removal and installation of each pump and motor. Pump and motor shall be picked up, inspected, repaired, and assist in reinstallation of pump and motor at those location. The District is requesting services of a qualified and experienced contractor to: • Disassemble and provide detailed inspection report of pump and motor. • Complete rehabilitation of pump and motor. • Assist the District during the reinstallation of pump and motor. • Test and confirm operation of pump and motor • Provide 2-year warranty on all parts and service. • Provide pricing on replacement of pump and motor (Direct or Equivalent), price shall include discharge head. • Pricing shall include all Applicable Tax and Freight.
