The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) to develop a full systems study that, pending funding, could further include specifications and bid documents as well as contract administration consulting services for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for Youth Development Centers (YDC) at the following locations: Crittenden (Northern YDC), Mayfield (Mayfield YDC), Monticello (Lake Cumberland YDC), Morehead (Morehead YDC), and West Liberty (Woodsbend YDC). Work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, building automation systems, standby generators, transformers, poles, electrical grid, mechanical room upgrades, sanitary sewer system, water supply system, water heaters, boilers, and other items as determined through design process related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
