Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Agency requires a summarized assessment of the PSB Datacenter which clearly outlines resolution and/or mitigation paths for significant findings. The purpose of this project is to have an objective, third-party report on significant physical security findings, capacity findings, and survivability findings surrounding the PSB Datacenter such that Agency leadership can monitor, mitigate, and/or resolve said findings. The scope of this RFP includes but is not limited to the following: Produce a clearly written and summarized Physical Security assessment of the PSB Datacenter which clearly outlines resolution and/or mitigation paths for physical security findings. Scope of this assessment includes but is not limited to: • Physical access controls (rooms, racks, HVAC, UPS) and procedures • Analysis and review of all potential entry points • Monitoring & alerting systems and procedures; Produce a clearly written and summarized Datacenter Capacity assessment of the PSB Datacenter which clearly outlines resolution and/or mitigation paths for capacity findings. • Analysis and review of power usage and power systems robustness • Analysis and review of cooling systems, air flow, cold/hot zones, etc. • Server rack and cable management configurations, usage patterns
