Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Stillwater Engineering Department (SED) is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from civil engineering and other firms to provide professional services on an as needed basis for various capital infrastructure improvements and other related work. The SED provides: • rehabilitation, replacement, upgrades, expansions and new infrastructure for the water and wastewater utilities including the water and wastewater treatment plants; • pavement management including surface treatments, full depth repairs and reconstruction; • maintenance, rehabilitation, improvements, reconstruction, expansion and new facilities for transportation and drainage infrastructure; • land acquisition for rights-of-way, public easements and dedicated easements; • studies, master plans and assessments to support the City’s civil infrastructure, watershed protection and various engineering programs; • inspection of construction projects for conformance with standards; • support services to support other City Department projects, as needed.
