Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is to remove fifteen (15) trees from the south side of Lake Road from its intersection with North Main Street west to the Town Boat Ramp. The Town has marked the trees for removal with a red dot. Additionally, the contractor shall remove smaller trees adjacent to the larger trees. In performing the work, the Town will permit the closure of Lake Road from Coleman Lane to the Town Boat Ramp and require alternating one lane access from Coleman Lane to North Main Street. The contractor shall cut the trees two (2) feet from grade and is responsible for the removal of wood. Chipping of debris and small material will be allowable in the area from Coleman Lane to the Town Boat Ramp outside of the wetland areas.
