Specifications include, but are not limited to: The accompanying scope is provided as a general overview which may be expanded and further defined through negotiation. The selected firm and its consultant team will be responsible for the following tasks: (The candidate/consultant however can make adjustments as necessary to the Scope of Services as they deem appropriate for their submittal.) Existing Conditions/Base Mapping 1. Review available DOT/Town reports and drawings. 2. Assess the current condition of the bridge, stream channel, and associated roadway. 3. Complete topographic, boundary, and utility survey information as appropriate to document existing conditions and prepare the base map for the focused structure-type study. Enough property boundary information should be documented to determine the extent of required easements or takings, if needed. 4. Obtain wetland / stream channel / FEMA information as needed for the focused hydraulic analysis and the structure-type study; relevant information should also be included in the base survey/map. The final survey/base map is a deliverable to the Town. The selected consultant will provide three sets of paper prints, AutoCAD files, and pdf files of the survey/base map.
