Specifications include, but are not limited to:• Assisting with evaluating, troubleshooting and construction issues associated with projects • Providing detailed cost estimating for projects, including, labor, materials and schedule of availability to perform work in a timely manner • Providing value engineering as required • Providing project management services • Providing preconstruction/programming estimation • Coordinating with various City departments and other agencies including utility companies, etc. • Scheduling and managing site operations • Managing all subcontracts while meeting City project requirements and standards • Addressing all federal, state, and local permitting requirements and assisting in the permitting processes
