Specifications include, but are not limited to: After consultation with Board of Commissioners establish, a fair market sale price; Target prospective buyers; Developing strategies for sale of the property; Market the subject property, locally, regionally and nationally as required; Coordinate site visits of prospective buyers; Handle all customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions; Negotiate with prospective buyers on behalf of the City; Coordinate real estate transaction closings; Communicate and meet with city staff and Board of Commissioners as required; If a buyer can’t be secured for the property in it’s entirety then how would a sub divide of the property be accomplished
