Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work and Mechanical Work of this project includes new air handling units, generator, electricalthroughout, and mechanical controls. The project will streamline data systems, replace fire alarm, andprovide building paging. The project will also provide new ergonomic workspaces throughout andaccessibility upgrades in restrooms and common areas. A new employee entry vestibule will be installed onthe west side, but no tother façade work is designed. This project will provide BAS and JACE upgrades sothe building will be fully compatible with the MTPD controls and geothermal system. This project will requirethe survey of the existing site at the E100 Employee Entrance Vestibule and the Gold Lot to locate existingstormwater and geothermal systems
