The below service guidance is not meant to be inclusive. Powerex Scroll Compressors - 1. Provide annual maintenance for two Powerex Model SET 1507 scroll enclosed series 5 HP triplex systems, one Powerex Model SES151861 scroll enclosed series 5 HP simplex system, and one Powerex Model STDO50422 scroll open series duplex system. 2. Powerex scroll compressor maintenance to include but not limited to parts listed below and maintenance service associated with each part and/or compressor unit. Air Dryers - 1. For refrigerated air dryers, the recommended service interval is after each 1,000 hours of operation or 3 month interval service. At each service, the following items will be checked to ensure proper operation: A. All gauges B. Oil level C. Inlet temperature D. Discharge air pressure E. Temperature of crankcase heater F. Compressor temperature G. Compressor motor amperage H. Inlet and discharge filters I. Condition of air-cooled condenser; Reciprocating Compressors - Recommended service to include but not limited to quarterly inspection and maintenance of: A. Visual Inspection of associated piping and connections B. Test pressure relief valves for proper operation C. Clean cooling surfaces of the compressor, intercooler, and aftercooler D. Inspect for air leaks E. Inspect lubricants for contamination, check oil levels and condition, replace as necessary F. monitor temperatures G. clean or replace intake and separator filters as necessary
