Ensure applicable equipment, systems, and components are properly installed, checked out, started up, calibrated, operationally tested (statically and dynamically), adjusted and balanced, and functionally tested according to manufacturer’s recommendations, industry accepted standards, and the contract documents prior to initiating operation and maintenance training. Review as-designed building sequences and interactions with adjacent zones and identify any potential coordination issues to Owner. 2. Ensure equipment submittals provided by the Contractor for all equipment and systems conform to the Owner’s requirements and Construction Documents. Some submittals have already been approved, and the equipment has been ordered, the focus will be on upcoming submittals and compatibility of new equipment. Review submittals approved to date and identify any potential coordination issues to Owner/Design Team. 3. Ensure operations and maintenance manuals, system manuals, as constructed drawings, warranties and other required documentation are developed, updated, completed, and submitted in accordance with the design intent and the contract documents.
