Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hanahan is inviting all interested design/consultant engineering and architecture firms, licensed in the State of South Carolina, to submit proposals for the purpose of preparing survey, design, site plans and construction plans and studies for various projects. Projects include but are not limited to signage, roadway, pedestrian, traffic control, city beautification and drainage improvements located throughout the City of Hanahan. The design/consultant shall provide all surveying, engineering, permitting, geotechnical, and related administrative services necessary for the completion of construction plans or studies on a said project. The Contract will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend said Contract for an additional one (1) year period not to exceed a total contract period of four (4) years, at the City’s option. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts to more than one firm. The City reserves the right to hire multiple firms on an on-call basis. Each project will be negotiated separately through a fixed hourly fee schedule, or lump sum, for services provided by the successful Offeror(s).
