Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Roswell’s current standby Professional Engineering contracts are reaching the end of their current term, and, in accordance with Policy, the City is accepting sealed qualifications for Standby General Engineering Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to select qualified Consultants with experience in engineering, design, and/or construction phase engineering services for capital improvement or maintenance projects, various professional services, staff augmentation, or other projects/tasks on an as-needed basis, as determined by the City. This contract may be utilized by any Department or Division within the City, including, but not limited to Environmental/Public Works, Recreation, Parks, Historic, and Cultural Affairs, Transportation, and Community Development with specific engineering tasks on a task order basis. Award is anticipated for multiple engineering firms in several service areas.
