Specifications include, but are not limited to: Audio Visual Event Services for different activities throughout the district, including but not limit to board meetings, graduation/promotions, dances, and other activities within our district. Board Meetings Board Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Thursday each month from 6pm to 9pm. It is currently live streamed and recorded. The district representative must have a copy of the recording within 3 days following the board meeting. The location of the board meetings is at: Marana Municipal Complex, Council Chambers 11555 W. Civic Center Drive Marana, AZ 85653 Graduation/Promotions 8th Grade promotions -These promotions occur during the day, on the last day of school. The last day of school is normally the Thursday before Memorial Day Graduation -Graduation takes place at two large high schools with approximately 500 students per school for the graduating class this year. The ceremony takes place outside during the evening of the Tuesday and Wednesday night before Memorial Day, at different locations in our district. Dances or other activities within our district This may include: school dances, off-site dances (Prom/Winter Formal), pep assemblies, after school events, and more.
