Specifications include, but are not limited to: Asbestos Abatement – The University has had an initial Asbestos Survey completed, however has not retained an Asbestos Abatement contractor. The Contractor shall retain a certified Asbestos Abatement contractor for the necessary asbestos abatement scope. • Removal of existing flooring and base and install new. • New Metal Stud Wall • One New 4x4 HM Window installed in the newly installed wall • New door to be installed in the newly installed wall • Remove the existing finish ceiling to include all metal framing, supports, bulkheads, and soffits, and install new. • New Lighting • New Window Shades on existing windows • Remove existing casework and associated wall-mounted accessories. Installation of new casework to be coordinated with Owner identified vendor • Associated Demo of existing terminals and ductwork downstream of terminals • Associated duct work remaining in the room shall be cleaned, disinfected, and sealed. The duct shall be capped for future HVAC renovation project • All horizontal HHWA and HWWR piping to be removed completely and replaced with new • Remove the existing thermostat and replace it with new • Select electrical work • Select Life Safety System work
